Changing Seasons

I am always enchanted by the change of seasons and the festivities around it. Indian culture is so rich that every festival is celebrated on the large scale. This is Diwali time, a time to plan ahead, let go the past, and just have some plain simple fun.

This is also a special time when the mornings and the evenings are colder than the rest of the day. I have already started thinking of woolens because the winters are too cold out here. It is also a time to clean up things before the festival of wealth arrives.

As I read the latest Chetan Bhagat’s novel Revolution 2020, I am reminded of the consumerism that we are facing day in and day out. Nothing comes at a reasonable price and if it does there seems to be a loophole somewhere. The website in question is yebhi.com and I would not recommend shopping there. Reason being I ordered two pairs of sandals but only one arrived.
