For the last 67 years, we have seen dear Archie unable to take the most important decision of his life. In almost all the Archie comics I have read, there has been always one thing in common and that was Archie’s attraction towards his two girlfriends.

Betty was the homely and caring one while Veronica was the loud, rich, and outspoken one. But finally it seems that Archie Andrews has settled down for the unpredictable Veronica leaving all Archie readers flabbergasted!

The lovely triangle has finally been broken and Archie will be seen proposing to Veronica in the 600th issue of the comic book. I have always liked Veronica over Betty and i think that Archie has done the right thing. However, there are hundreds of Betty fans who are outraged at the way the story is proceeding. Whatever the fans might think and say, I suppose the comic book storyline will take interesting turn as things will not be plain and simple for the couple. I would love to read how things turn out in a marriage when one person is flighty and the other one is naive and headstrong!
