According to a recent survey held across twelve countries, it has been found that when it comes to money, women are more responsible than men. This might come as a shock to those who think that women are just shopaholics!
The survey has interestingly found that women are less likely to get into debt and strive harder to become financially independent. During this chill of recession, it has become extremely important for households to hold back their spending sprees and save for the rainy day. And the lady of the house has to be vigilant more than ever.
The study has revealed that women are more willing to curb their temptations to spend when needed. They accepted that having more than one credit card can lead to debt. Simply put, a credit card provides you the ability to spend more, what you don’t have in the first place. It is a very consumerist concept. Hence it is better to keep less cards than to fight the temptation to buy at the last moment.
It would not be incorrect to state that during the pre-recession phase the attitude that one should earn more and spend more does not hold true at this time. It is wise to save money right now irrespective of how much you are earning as the job market is in doldrums.

Wow…this is good news. I manage our finances and have done very well so I can claim this for real.
I find that many times articles written this way do not keep the attention of the reader, this was not the case in this article. Excellent read, thanks for the post and looking forward to more!
